Qualification :1) Veterinary Medical Officer : A degree of Bachelor of Veterinary Science andAnimal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. &A.H.) from a University established by law in India or a degree recognised by the Government as equivalent and Must be duly registered with the Uttar Pradesh Veterinary Council.
2) Assistant Coach : Graduate from a recognized University; Must have represented the University team in Inter-University tournament Or represented the State school team in all India school tournament as a player and Diploma in Coaching from National Institute of Sports Patiala or its other centres as Kolkata, Bengalore, Or Gandhi Nagar.
3) Sports Officer : Graduate from a recognized University; Must have represented state team in National Tournaments as a player. Diploma in training {Coaching} from National Institute of Sports, Patiala or its other centres as Kolkata, Gandhinagar or Bangalore and Two Years experience of organizing tournaments.

Application Fee : After filling in the Candidates ‘Registration’ format of the On-line application, the candidate shall procure the print-out of the E-challan in duplicate. The E-Challan will be used to deposit the fee in any of the branches of State Bank of India or Punjab National Bank by the candidate according to his category. The fee will not be allowed to be deposited by any other mode except E-Challan. The above fee, according to the category, is as under :-
