• Qualification :  1) Stipendiary Trainees : HSC in Science stream (with Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects) with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate or SSC (with Science and Maths) with a minimum 60 % marks in aggregate PLUS trade certificate in relevant Discipline 2)Upper Division Clerk : A degree (Graduate) in Arts, Science or Commerce of a recognized university or equivalent with an aggregate of 50% marks. 3)Technician : SSC + First Class Boiler Attendant’s Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.

Age Limit :

• For Stipendiary Trainees : 18 to 22 years
  
• For Upper Division Clerk : 18 to 27 years
  
• For Technician : 18 to 25 years
