• Educational Qualification : 
• For Medical Officer : MBBS or an equivalent degree from any University recognized by the Medical Council of India and Having been registered as Medical Practitioner with Haryana State Medical Council or any other Medical Council in India.
• For Assistant Director (Industrial Promotion) : Post Graduate Degree in Economics/Commerce/ Business Administration with at least 2nd division or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technology with 1st division from a recognized University and Minimum two years experience at supervisory level in manufacturing sector in a Small, Medium or Large Industry/Semi Government/Government Undertaking/Department.
• For Assistant Director (Statistics) : Master Degree in Economics/Commerce/Mathematics/Statistics (with at least 2 nd division) or Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from recognized University/Institution, with minimum two years experience at supervisory level in manufacturing sector in a Small, Medium or Large Industry/Semi Government/Government Undertaking/Department.
• For Assistant Director (Project) : Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technology with 1st division from a recognized University, with Minimum two years experience at supervisory level in manufacturing sector in a Small, Medium or Large Industry/Semi Government/Government Undertaking/Department.
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : As on 29.08.2016

• For Medical Officer : 18 to 42 years
• For Assistant Director : 21 to 42 years 

Age Relaxation :

• For SC Category of Haryana : 05 years
• For physically handicapped candidates of Haryana : 10 years

 Location : Gurgaon (Haryana)

Application Fee : 

Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- for General /DESM & all reserved categories of other State and Rs. 125/- for SC/ BC/ EBPG/ ESM/ Women candidates. Candidates have to pay the fee through e-Challan in any branch of State Bank of India, State Bank of Patiala after 48 hours of registration of online application form. Physically Handicapped are exempted from payment of application fee.
